So I can see relations between my foods, medication and moods. I have friends who are decorating with pumpkins grown in last years compost pile. If there is enough heat, the seeds will be destroyed. I can throw anything into my compost pile because I toss manure on top of it. But I don't know how much heat is generated in a small compost bin.
