You've posted some great things lately! I have been so busy, I've not looked! So I'll post on this FREE ICE CREAM one to say that...I do sometimes pass up free ice cream. I am very conscious of what I've eaten during the day, and if ice cream is not called for, I do not eat it. I have it maybe once every two months. But I have dark chocolate every day. Some I'm not depriving myself!

Re: free ice cream- I once drove about 15 miles for the free Ben & Jerry's scoop before it dawned on me I'd just spent more for gas than the price of the ice cream...
Darn, I just finished a late breakfast and read this. Ice cream could make for a good lunch but I think Maggie Moo's site is getting overloaded with people trying to find them.
I don't think they're near me anyway. Probably just as well. Ice cream for lunch is a terrible idea. (repeat 5 times, or until believable)
